Architectural Control Committee

In accordance with the CC&Rs of the neighborhood, Architectural Control Committee review and board approval is REQUIRED prior to changes, modification, improvements, etc. being made to your home or property.

HOMEOWNERS: Please review the Architectural Control Committee Policy and Procedures and submit an Architectural Review Form prior to beginning any work on your property.

To submit your request:
1. Download and review the Architectural Control Committee Policies and Procedures and the Architectural Review Form using the links above.

2. In accordance with the application procedures outlined in the Architectural Control Committee Policies and Procedures, complete the Architectural Review Form, attach any drawings/supporting documents and submit ELECTRONICALLY to the Architectural Control Committee Chairperson and cc the HOA Board Secretary  The Architectural Control Committee reserves the right to request further documentation and samples.

3. If confirmation of receipt is not received from the ACC Committee Chairperson within seven (7) days of document submission, it is incumbent on the homeowner to follow up and confirm all documents were received.

4. The aforementioned confirmation completes the submittal process and will begin the 30-day review period.

5. The Architectural Control Committee will review all submitted documents, make any necessary inquiries of the homeowner for clarification and submit their recommendation to the Board President for final determination by the HOA’s Board of Directors.

6. The final decision of the Board will be shared with the Homeowner and the ACC Chair in writing by the HOA Board Secretary within 48-hours of the decision.
